Business Rules - you may have heard of these? You could be someone who 'yeah I'll get round to that', or 'I've used them occasionally in BTS' - this session will leave you inspired and with a new found understanding of Business Rules Management.

Brett Raven and David Birchall from Solentive will talk about InRule from the angle of Business Rules Management rather than merely execution.

Topics will include:

• What exactly are Business Rules?
• When and why would you use a Business Rules Management System (BRMS)?
• What is the difference between BRE and BRMS?
• Business Rules in action – a demonstration of how business rules can be changed ‘on the fly’
• BizTalk and InRule – a harmonious relationship. How do they complement each other and how do they integrate?
